Tentación de Acentejo (Tinto Tradicional)
Bodega El Lomo / Region of Tacoronte-Acentejo (Tenerife)

The Volcanic Wildcard
A bright violet-red color. The nose is a wild mix of red berries (cranberry and currant) with a very specific peppery, volcanic ash undertone. It’s light-to-medium bodied with a zesty acidity that makes your mouth water.
⭐⭐ (It’s fresh and easy to drink, but the volcanic minerals can sometimes lead to a "bright" headache if you don't chase it with water).
Conejo en Salmorejo (Canarian rabbit stew), grilled octopus, or just a plate of wrinkled potatoes (papas arrugadas) with plenty of red mojo sauce.
This wine has a "crunchy" quality to it. It’s like eating a handful of berries while standing next to a campfire on a black sand beach. It’s unusual, slightly edgy, and the exact opposite of a "boring" supermarket red. If you want to drink something that actually tastes like Tenerife, this is the bottle.
