The Aromatic, Sun-Soaked Coastal Malvasia Sipper
Brilliant straw-yellow with shimmering golden highlights. The nose is intensely aromatic and inviting, unfolding notes of ripe yellow peach, white apricot, orange blossom, wild Mediterranean herbs, and a clean splash of sea salt. Medium-bodied and silky on the palate, balanced by lively citrus acidity, a rich textural mid-palate, and a long, dry, refreshing finish.
⭐ (Sitting right around 12.5% to 13% ABV and fermented cleanly in stainless steel, it is exceptionally pure, vibrant, and very gentle on the head).
