The Velvet Classic
A deep ruby red with a slightly tawny rim. It has an elegant nose of mature red fruits, leather, and sweet tobacco, with a hint of vanilla and toasted oak. On the palate, it is incredibly smooth (true to its name) with refined tannins and a long, warming finish.
⭐ (The long aging process acts as a natural stabilizer, making this a very high-quality, "clean" drinking experience).
Roast beef, venison, or a rich mushroom truffle pasta. It’s also fantastic with aged Manchego cheese.
This wine feels like wearing a favorite old leather jacket—it’s comfortable, classic, and has a bit of a story to tell. It’s definitely more "grown-up" than the young reds we’ve been drinking. It’s smooth enough to drink on its own but really shines when you pair it with something savory. A class act all the way.
