The Coral-Coast Limestone & Sea-Spray Artisan White

Straw-yellow with greenish highlights in the glass. The nose offers striking aromas of white peach, citrus zest, Mediterranean macchia, sea salt, and fresh chamomile. Crisply structured on the palate with electric acidity, a lean, mineral-driven core, and a long, savory, saline finish.

⭐ (Sitting comfortably around 13% ABV and vinified cold in steel, it drinks remarkably clean and light on the head).

Grilled sea bream, octopus salad, fregula con arselle, fresh oysters, or young pecorino.

Podere Guardia Grande is doing fantastic work out by Capo Caccia. L'Alghè pays homage to Alghero's famous red coral with a bottle that is pure maritime salt and sun. It trades heavy fruit for razor-sharp acidity, citrus, and a chalky, sea-breeze finish that begs for fresh seafood on the water.
