Los Molinos Airén - Verdejo

"The Midday Windmill Cooler"

Very pale straw-yellow with greenish highlights. The nose is clean and simple, showing crisp green apple, citrus peel, and a hint of fresh-cut grass. On the palate, it’s light-bodied, bone-dry, and intensely refreshing with a snappy, bright finish.

⭐ (Kept cool, clean, and un-oaked; a safe bet for an easy afternoon).

Garlic shrimp (Gambas al Ajillo), simple grilled white fish, green salads, or just a bowl of salty potato chips on the terrace.

This wine isn't trying to change your life or win a gold medal—it’s trying to cool you down when it's hot out. The Verdejo keeps the Airén from being boring, giving it a nice little citrus kick. It's cheap, clean, and tastes like sitting in the shade while the Mediterranean heat does its thing.
