Brilliant straw-yellow with subtle greenish reflections. The nose is delicately fragrant and floral, driven by notes of fresh white blossoms, green citrus, ripe stone fruit, and a distinct, bracing mineral sea-spray. Dry, crisp, and enveloping on the palate with a rich textural mid-palate, lively balancing acidity, and a long, clean, mouthwatering finish that echoes the sea.
