Brilliant straw-yellow with pale green reflections in the glass. The nose is clean, elegant, and wind-swept, opening with aromas of green apple, white peach, lemon blossom, wild rosemary, and a persistent sea-salt minerality. Medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with energetic citrus acidity, a smooth herbal core, and a long, dry, saline-almond finish.
