Enate Chardonnay-234 (2024)
Bodegas Enate / D.O. Somontano (Aragon, Spain)

Crisp Mountain Varietal
Brilliant yellow color with bright greenish reflections. The nose is highly intense and varietal, bursting with aromas of green apple, ripe yellow peach, and passion fruit, framed by subtle, elegant white floral notes and a clean mineral backdrop. Medium-bodied, crisp, and incredibly glidant on the palate, with a perfect balance of fresh acidity and a long, clean fruit finish.
⭐ (Fermented entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats without any heavy oak aging, leaving it beautifully pure, crisp, and gentle for the next day).
Creamy pasta dishes, pan-seared sea bass, roasted poultry, or rich seafood paella.
If you think Spanish whites start and end with Albariño or Verdejo, this mountain-grown Chardonnay will stop you in your tracks. Enate completely skips the heavy, buttery, oak-bomb style of New World Chardonnays. Instead, they leverage the cool Pyrenean climate to give you an incredibly crisp, bright juice that is all about pure, snappy orchard fruits and intense freshness. It is clean, elegant, and looks just as good on the table as it tastes.
