The Ancient, Flor-Aged Liquid Gold of Bosa

Deep amber-gold with copper hues in the glass. The nose is oxidative, complex, and intoxicating, lifting notes of toasted almond, dried apricot, candied orange peel, wild Mediterranean scrub, honeyed walnut, and sea salt. Broad, dry, and intense on the palate with a silky texture, gentle phenolic structure, savory acidity, and a long, persistent, nutty finish.

⭐ (Typically sitting higher around 14.5% to 15% ABV due to traditional oxidative concentration, but vinified naturally and aged with extreme precision, drinking remarkably clean when savored thoughtfully).

Aged Pecorino Sardo, almond pastries, bottarga di muggine, rich fish stews, or simply enjoyed solo as a meditative vino da meditazione.

This is the crown jewel of Bosa. Emidio Oggianu doesn't make modern, quick-turnaround whites; he preserves an ancient art. Aging under flor in old chestnut casks gives this bottle an incredible, Sherry-adjacent depth packed with dried apricot, roasted nuts, and ocean brine. It's dry, powerful, and pure history in a glass.
