The Beach Bar Essential
Very pale and crystal clear. It has a bright nose of green apple, citrus zest, and a hint of tropical pineapple. On the palate, it’s light, crisp, and has a tiny hint of fruit sweetness that makes it go down way too easily.
⭐ (Low alcohol and high refreshment factor make this a safe bet for a long afternoon).
Anything that swims. Fried calamari, grilled sardines, or a shrimp cocktail. It’s also surprisingly good with sushi.
This is the wine version of a refreshing dip in the ocean. It doesn't ask much of you—just keep it cold and keep the tapas coming. If you're looking for something fancy, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a bottle that disappears in 20 minutes while you're sitting on a patio, this is your winner.
