Bright ruby-red with youthful purple highlights. The nose is straightforward and lifted, offering aromas of ripe wild blackberries, dark plums, crushed black peppercorns, and a hint of Mediterranean scrub. Medium-bodied and smooth on the palate with soft, accessible tannins, lively fruit-forward acidity, and an uncomplicated, clean finish.

A nice bookend to the Żiffa Chenin Blanc! While the supermarket imports tried to sneak past us with heavy oak chips or fake fishing labels, Żiffa Syrah keeps it honest, light, and distinctly Mediterranean. It doesn't pretend to be a grand reserve; it’s just an easy, breezy, authentic local red meant for cracking open without overthinking it.
