The Crisp, Mediterranean-Breeze Native Island White

Straw yellow with subtle green hues in the glass. The nose is fresh, clean, and aromatic, opening with notes of white peach, lemon blossom, green almond, wild oregano, and a distinct sea-salt minerality. Light-to-medium-bodied on the palate with crisp citrus acidity, a smooth herbal core, and a dry, saline finish.

⭐ (Sitting comfortably around 12% to 12.5% ABV and vinified cleanly in stainless steel, it is light, vibrant, and very gentle on the head).

Sicilian arancini, grilled sardines, busiate pasta with pesto trapanese, fried calamari, or fresh ricotta.

This is native Sicilian white winemaking at its most straightforward and refreshing. Instead of relying on oak or international grapes, Alcamo Bianco relies on Catarratto to deliver pure lemon zest, almond, and Mediterranean salinity. It’s vibrant, bone-dry, and tastes like sitting by a harbor in Trapani with a plate of fresh seafood. An effortless, authentic regional pour.
