The Rebellious High-Altitude Blend

A beautiful deep cherry red. It hits you with intense black fruits (like plums and blackberries) followed by the Syrah's signature black pepper and floral undertones. On the palate, it is full-bodied but smooth, with a long, satisfying finish.

⭐⭐ (This is a bold, high-altitude red with significant structure; enjoy it slowly alongside a big meal).

Grilled lamb chops, wild mushroom risotto, or a hearty Spanish lentil stew. It loves anything earthy or wood-fired.

This wine has a lot of "soul." It’s dark, moody, and interesting, but it doesn't punch you in the face with tannins. The addition of Syrah really smooths out the Monastrell, making it feel more like a luxury red you'd find in a high-end bistro. It’s a great example of why Jumilla is a region to watch.
