Straw yellow with brilliant greenish reflections in the glass. The nose is clean and vibrant, offering forward notes of yellow grapefruit, green apple, lime blossom, wild rosemary, and sea salt. Medium-bodied and crisp on the palate, featuring energetic citrus acidity, a smooth herbal middle, and a dry, lingering saline finish.
