Bobal Único (BO)
Vicente Gandía (Valencia/Utiel-Requena, Spain)

The Rustic Rebel
A very deep, almost opaque cherry color. It has a complex nose of ripe blackberries and black cherries mixed with toasted oak, dark chocolate, and a hint of wild herbs. On the palate, it’s full-bodied and meaty with a long, spicy finish.
⭐⭐ (This is a big, bold wine with significant tannins and structure; keep the water glass nearby to stay hydrated!).
Slow-cooked meats, heavy stews, or a traditional Valencian Arroz al Horno (baked rice). It can stand up to the richest of flavors.
This wine has some serious "oomph." It’s dark, moody, and delicious. If Tempranillo is a smooth pop song, Bobal Único is a deep, soulful blues track. It tastes like the sun-drenched earth of the Spanish interior. Definitely a must-try if you like big reds.
