The nose is incredibly fragrant and expressive, showing upfront notes of ripe yellow pears, green apple, and tropical pineapple, layered with a unique background of wild mountain flowers and lemon zest. Broad and slightly fleshy on the palate, with soft, silky acidity balanced nicely by a characteristically dry, mineral-driven finish and a tiny hint of refreshing almond bitterness at the very end.
