Altos de Tamarón "Fuego & Hielo" Tempranillo (2024)
Pagos del Rey (Olmedillo de Roa, Burgos)

The Daily Driver
Intense cherry red with purple edges. Smells like a basket of fresh raspberries and blackberries with a hint of licorice. The taste is silky and "gourmand," meaning it’s a bit juicy and very easy to like.
⭐ (Low aging and fresh fruit make this a "clean" drinker, though at 13.5-14% alcohol, don't get too confident).
Stone-grilled red meat, casual pasta with pesto, or a simple grocery-store charcuterie board.
This wine is for when you want something that tastes "expensive" but costs less than a magnet for your fridge. It’s vibrant and punchy. It’s basically the "cool younger sibling" to those stuffy Reservas you’ve been drinking.
